Mike Carroll graduated from the University of Wisconsin. Upon graduating Caroll went on to work in sales and marketing for such companies as Wachovia Bank, M&I Bank, Mindlever Inc., and Fiserv Inc., at senior levels developing strategic marketing. In 2004, Carroll founded Intelligent Conversations with the goal of using his vast expertise and knowledge of sales and marketing, with the application of proven formulas, to evaluate sales teams and develop sales strategies for success.
